The diorganotin(IV) complex [Ph2Sn(L)(OAc)]·EtOH (1), where HL = 2-acetylpyridine N4-cyclohexyl thiosemicarbazone, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV–vis, NMR, PL, and mass spectrometry.
