Synthesis of molecular scaffolds assimilating both indolinone and thiazolidinone moieties under environmentally benevolent conditions
摘要:
A chromatography free synthesis of 2-amino-5-isatinylidenethiazol-4-ones from rhodanine, isatin, and amine under environmentally benevolent conditions is reported for the first time. The molecular scaffolds assimilating both indolinone and thiazolidinone moieties are reported to have great biological significance. (C) 2013 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

γ-Aminobutyric acid hydrochloride immobilized on superparamagnetic γ-Fe2O3@SiO2 nanoparticles as a novel heterogeneous nanocatalyst was prepared for the first times. It was characterized by several techniques such as XRD, FT-IR, VSM, FE-SEM, EDS, and TGA analysis. The heterogeneous nanocatalyst was used for a convenient, mild, and one-potefficientthree-componentpreparation of 2-amino-5-alkylidene-thiazol-4-one
