The disclosure discloses a naphthalenesulfonamide compound, a preparation method and use. The naphthalenesulfonamide compound provided by the disclosure can interfere with the binding of Keap1-Nrf2 and activate Nrf2, thereby alleviating inflammatory damage, improving the inflammatory microenvironment.
