    一系列一些新的1,2-双- (4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-基) -乙烷的衍生物3 - 18设计并通过常规的加热和微波从琥珀酸合成(MW)照射。计划进行良性合成,以利用微波辅助有机合成技术的优势。使用MW实现了更好的产率和更短的反应时间。FT-IR,1 H / 13明确阐明了所制备化合物的结构C核磁共振(NMR)光谱法,包括HH相关光谱法(COSY),异核单量子光谱法(HSQC)和异核多键合光谱法(HMBC)实验。与标准药物头孢噻肟和制霉菌素相比,某些选定化合物的最低抑菌浓度结果显示出对细菌和真菌的潜在活性。

    carboxylate moieties. Both 1 and 2 exhibit 3D network structures with 2-fold interpenetration. Interestingly, the reversible desorption–adsorption behavior of lattice water is significantly observed in the two compounds. The result shows their potential application as late-model water absorbent in the field of adsorption material.

  • Synthesis, Molecular Structure, and Characterizations of a Novel 3D Network Cadmium Complex

    A 3D complex [Cd(L)(4,4-bipy)].2H2O (1) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2, 4,4'-bipyridine and 1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane (H2L). X-ray crystal diffraction reveals that 1 belongs to triclinic system, [image omitted] space group. The crystallographic data are: a = 10.103(2) angstrom, b = 11.786(2) angstrom, c = 12.005(2) angstrom, = 93.58(3)degrees, = 98.66(3)degrees, = 105.47(3)degrees. In 1, Cd2+ ions are seven-coordinated and carboxylate groups adopt two coordination modes (bidentate chelate, bidentate chelate bridging) to connect Cd2+ ions forming a 2D layer. The auxiliary ligand 4,4'-bipy further link these 2D layers leading to a 3D network structure. Besides, the spectrum properties of 1 are investigated.

    Two new coordination polymers, [ZnL]n (1) and [Zn(phen)(L)(H2O)] center dot 3H2O}n (2) (H2L = 1,2-bis[3-(1,2,4-triazolyl)-4-amino-5-carboxylmethylthio]ethane, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction. Polymer 1 is a 1-D infinite chain (space group P1) and further forms a 3-D supramolecular structure by S center dot center dot center dot S interactions and hydrogen bonds. Polymer 2 displays a mononuclear structure (space group P1) and extends into a 3-D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds. In addition, spectra and thermal stability of 1 and 2 are also discussed. Strong luminescence characteristics of both polymers are found, suggesting their potential applications as luminescent materials.
