  本发明公开了一种甲基砜类化合物的合成方法，其步骤包括：以碘代化合物为底物，在底物中加入亚硫酸酯类化合物，以1,4‑二氧六环溶液为溶剂，在氮气保护下，经硅试剂、相转移催化剂、钯催化剂作用下加热制得粗产品，然后对粗产品进行净化提纯，首先对粗产品进行过滤、除溶剂，获得剩余物；对剩余物采用硅胶柱层析，经洗脱液淋洗，收集流出液；合并含有产物的流出液；对合并后的流出液进行浓缩去溶剂，最后经真空干燥得到目标产物。本发明具有工艺流程简单、产物易于纯化、环境安全、产率高的优点。
