β-Keto-β-alkanoyloxyphosphonates, phosphine oxides, and sulfides [(III), (V), and (VII), resp.] are synthesized starting from β-aminoesters (I) by one-pot reactions with chlorophosphines and phosphites (II) or chlorophosphates and thiophosphates (VI), respectively.
