  环丙烷作为一种重要的有机小分子，广泛应用于药物设计中。本文通过主动剪接的方法在环丙烷中引入酰胺基和芳基，设计合成了53种含环丙烷的酰胺衍生物，并对其体外抗菌和抗真菌活性进行了评价。其中，35个化合物为新化合物，18个化合物为已知化合物（F14、F15、F18、F20-F26、F36和F38-F44）。生物测定结果显示，其中四种、三种和九种化合物分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌表现出中等活性。三种化合物对白色念珠菌敏感，具有优异的抗真菌活性（MIC80 = 16 μg/mL）。分子对接结果表明，化合物F8、F24和F42与潜在抗真菌药物靶点CYP51蛋白具有良好的亲和力。
