摘要 近年来,基于类胡萝卜素的N–H插入在C–N键形成方面经历了重大发展。但是,现有方法存在原料不稳定,昂贵的金属催化剂和有机溶剂的问题。在此,已经开发了在无金属条件下将亚砜基鎓盐插入芳基胺中。该方法在温和的温度下使用水作为溶剂,并且适合于结构复杂的生物活性化合物的后期改性。
