    摘要:
    A new class of molecular probes is provided for real, efficient, stable, and selective capture of protein-nucleic acid complexes inside cells. The molecular probes have a nucleic acid-binding functional group and a photo-reactive diazirine based functional group, separated by a linker of a selected length or with a multi-arm core, thereby generating a photocrosslink between nucleic acids and proteins in close proximity. This is useful in various chromatin research, including the study of interactions between transcription factors and DNA.

    Phenobarbital derivatives synthesized out of the alkyl chain at the 5-position, particularly with hydrophilic properties, and carrying an active ester at the end, allow formation of aminodextran conjugates that give curves in the desired range of the assay in the ONLINE TDM microparticle assay format when matched against the Roche FPIA antibody specific for phenobarbital (“an antibody specific for phenobarbital”).

    The present invention provides hapten derivatives useful for the preparation of antigens, antibodies and reagents for use in immunoassays for the detection of LSD and 2-oxo-3-hydroxy LSD. In the present invention, the 2-oxy LSD nucleus is derivatized out of the indole nitrogen to form an aminoalkyl derivative. The resulting haptens can then be further modified at this functionalized position for linking to appropriate immunogenic or labeling groups to provide reagents for immunoassays having substantially equal specificity for both LSD and 2-oxo-3-hydroxy-LSD.
