The copper(I)‐catalyzed reaction of alkenyldiazoacetates and iminoiodinanes affords functionalized azetine derivatives. This process is consistent with the formation of an aziridinyldiazoacetate intermediate, which gives rise to the four‐membered heterocycles by metal‐catalyzed ring expansion.
