  The structure of the title compound Cl15H20O10, agrees with an earlier determination by H-1 NMR and our own determination by C-13 NMR. The six-membered ring has a chair conformation. All but one of the carbonyl O atoms are on one side of the least-squares plane of this ring, while all methoxy O atoms are on the opposite side.
