Synthesis, crystal structure, antibacterial activities, and electrochemical studies of new N,N′-polymethylene bis-sulfonamides

Abstract Four disulfonamide derivatives (C 2 H 5 ·SO 2 ·NH) 2 (CH 2 ) n ( n = 2, 3, 4, 5) were synthesized and characterized by FTIR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, HETCOR, LCMS and elemental analysis. Ethanesulfonamide-N,N′-pentamethylene bis was also characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction measurement. 摘要 合成了四种二磺酰胺衍生物(C 2 H 5 ·SO 2 ·NH) 2 (CH 2 ) n ( n = 2, 3, 4, 5) 并采用FTIR、 1 H NMR、 13 C NMR、HETCOR、LCMS进行表征。和元素分析。乙磺酰胺-N,N'-五亚甲基双也通过X射线单晶衍射测量表征。二磺酰胺衍生物的电化学特性通过循环伏安法和计时电流法进行。化合物的 1 H 和 13 C NMR 化学位移是通过使用 DFT/B3LYP 方法以 6-311++G (d,p) 基组计算的。抗菌活性和化合物的结构关系表明,活性随 NH 基团之间碳链长度、log P 值、水合能和分子体积的增加成比例降低。
