摘要一种合成新型吡啶并[3″,2″:4′,5′]噻吩并[3′,2′:2,3]吡啶并[4,5:d] [1,3]噻唑并[3,4]的有效方法。使用2-(3-氨基噻吩并[2,3-b]吡啶-2-基)噻唑并[3,2- a]嘧啶-5-酮(3),可以由7-(氯甲基)-5H-噻唑并[3,2-a]嘧啶-5-酮(1)与3-氰基吡啶-2-酮的缩合反应制得通过Thorpe-Ziegler异构化反应生成硫酮(2),并在NH2SO3H催化下以高收率得到芳族醛。
