  Provided are a composition having excellent moisture resistance of a film to be formed and excellent dispersion stability of a pigment; and a film formed of the composition. The composition includes a pigment, a pigment derivative which has at least one group selected from the group consisting of groups represented Formula (2): -L-NH-R2, and the like, a dispersant which has a constitutional unit having an adsorbing group and a constitutional unit having a steric repulsive group, and is a random copolymer or an alternating copolymer, and a solvent. In Formula (2), L represents -CO-, -SO2-, or -PO(R21)-, R21 represents a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group having 1 or more carbon atoms, R2 represents -COR22, -SO2R22, or -PO(R22)2, and R22's each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group having 1 or more carbon atoms.
