A new series of 3-substituted-9-(1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)-7-phenyl-7H-pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo [4,3-c]pyrimidines and 2-substituted-9-(1,1′-biphenyl-4-yl)-7-phenyl-7H-pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,2,4] triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines were synthesised, as a new class of potent xanthine oxidase inhibitors, by oxidative cyclisation of 4-[2-(arylidene)hydrazinyl]-3-(1,1-biphenyl-4-yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines
新系列3-取代-9-(1,1'-联苯-4-基)-7-苯基-7H-吡唑并[4,3-e][1,2,4]三唑并[4,3- c]嘧啶和 2-取代-9-(1,1'-联苯-4-基)-7-苯基-7H-吡唑并[4,3-e][1,2,4] 三唑并[1,5- c]嘧啶是通过 4-[2-(亚芳基)肼基]-3-(1,1-联苯-4-基)-1-苯基-1H的氧化环化合成的一类新型强效黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶与FeCl3在乙醇中和Dimroth重排。
