制备方法

将2摩尔的4-氯-3-氨基苯甲酸进行重氮化反应，生成的重氮盐与1摩尔的2-甲基-5-氯-1,4-双乙酰基乙酰氨基苯进行偶合反应，在邻二氯苯介质中（含有少量DMF）制备双偶氮染料；再与氯化亚砜反应，得到含羧甲酰氯的产物；随后在少量吡啶存在下于邻二氯苯中与3-氯-2-甲基-苯胺进行缩合反应；生成的粗品颜料进一步处理，最终制得C.I.颜料黄93。

用途简介

该品种共有18种剂型牌号，呈现的颜色类似于C.I.颜料黄16，带有轻微的绿光黄色。主要应用于塑料PVC和PP原浆着色；其耐热性能优异，在270℃下保持5分钟或在290℃下保持一分钟仍能稳定存在。该产品具有优良的耐光耐气候牢度，在1/3至1/25SD条件下，耐光牢度可达7级，并且具有良好的耐热稳定性，适用于丙烯腈原浆着色。此外，它还广泛应用于涂料印花色浆、高档包装印墨及装饰漆等领域。
