A novel phosphine oxideâdiphenylamine hybrid compound POA was designed and synthesized with the aim of developing new multifunctional blue fluorophores. POA is the first kind of compound that can be used as a high-efficiency deep-blue emitter (5.4% EQE) and a host to fabricate high-performance green phosphorescent OLEDs (18.1% EQE).
