  将在 10 ml 水中的 3.79 g (20 mmol) 盐酸盐 (XIX) 加入 5 ml 15% NaOH 溶液和 2.68 g (0.02 摩尔) 甲醛亚硫酸氢盐，冷却至 8-10 - 和 1.3 g ( 0.02 摩尔 KCl 在 10 毫升水中滴加。将混合物保持 3 小时酸化至 pH 7.0，用乙酸乙酯萃取，蒸发萃取液，将残余物溶于无水乙醇，加入乙醚氯化氢，得到 2.65 g N,[2-(间-羟基苯基)- 2-羟乙基]氨乙腈盐酸盐(XX)。氮氧化物在0-5℃下通过腈(XX)在30ml乙醇中的溶液2小时，溶液用乙醚氯化氢酸化，得到(XIl)。

  with ethyl acetate, the extract evaporated, the resldue dlssolved in absolute ethanol, and ethereal hydrogenchloride added to give 2,65 g of N,[2-(m-hydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxyethyl]amlnoacetonltrile hydrochlorlde (XX). Nitrogen oxides were passed through a solution of the nitrile (XX) in 30 ml of ethanol for 2 h at 0-5~ and the solution was acidifed with ethereal hydrogen chloride to give (XIl).
