  The perspective uses of using an opioid peptide commonly called biphaline as a drag require the design of economical synthesis methods of said peptide. It was shown that N- blocked dipeptide and tripeptide fragments used in the synthesis for use in the synthesis may be obtained through the modification of the synthesis, which is based on the acylation of an appropriate organic amino-acid salt using an appropriate active derivative of tyrosine or dipeptide.
