得到4-氨基-6-甲基-3-炔丙基巯基-1,2,4-三嗪-5-酮3和4-氨基-3-炔丙基巯基-1,2,4-三唑衍生物6的环化1,2在杂多酸H存在下,, 4-三嗪[3,4- b ] [1,3,4]噻二嗪4和1,2,4-三唑并[3,4- b ] [1,3,4]噻二嗪7 14 [NaP 5 W 29 MoO 110 ]和H 6 P 2 W 18 O 60的收率很高。在使用的杂多酸中,H 14 -P 5 Mo的产率较高,这是由于它们具有较高的酸强度。

[1,2,4]Triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f and 3,7‐dimethyl‐4H‐[1,2,4]triazino[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazin‐6‐one 4 were synthesized by one‐pot cyclocondensation reaction with α‐chloroacetonitrile and α‐haloketones in the presence of catalytic amounts of heteropolyacids in very high yields and rates.
