    本发明公开了一种低倾点季戊四醇油酸酯混合酯,其主要成分为季戊四醇三油酸马来酸单酯混合酯,在结构中保持三个长碳链的油酸基团,同时引入马来酸的顺式双键结构或双键结构加支链结构,使得单位质量中双键数量增加或支链结构增加,从而降低倾点。其合成方法包括如下步骤:先按油酸与季戊四醇摩尔比为3加入油酸和季戊四醇进行反应;再加入马来酸单酯,将未反应完全的羟基全部封闭;反应完全后冷却,水洗,脱去带水剂,得到浅黄色油状透明液体季戊四醇三油酸马来酸单酯混合酯。本发明通过两步酯化反应合成季戊四醇油酸酯混合酯,主要成份为季戊四醇油酸马来酸单酯混合酯,产品粘度比季戊四醇四油酸酯的低,且倾点比季戊四醇油酸酯低;同时本发明中原材料价廉易得、性能稳定,操作简单,工业上容易实现。

    An organic electroluminescent device is provided which has a high degree of adhesion between an anode and a hole transport layer, the device emitting light of high luminance even when driven by low applied voltages. Copolymers useful in hole transport layers in organic electroluminescent devices are also provided. Methods of producing hole transport layers for organic electroluminescent devices which can emit light of high luminance even when driven by low applied voltages are also provided, the hole transport layers having high degrees of adhesion with anode. A copolymer comprises a monomer unit including in its structure an electron-donating N,N-diaryl-substituted amino group such as an N,N-diphenylaminophenyl group, or a group having an N,N-diaryl-substituted amino moiety, and a monomer unit having at least one functional group. Also, a hole transport layer, which has excellent thickness accuracy, has an extremely smooth surface, and is very thin, can be formed of this copolymer or a copolymer having the same hole transport functional group. An organic electroluminescent device, which emits light of high luminance even when driven by low applied voltages, can be obtained by using this hole transport layer.

    Disclosed is a vulcanized molded product having a surface decorative layer, comprising a vulcanized product of an unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) and a decorative layer provided on a surface of the vulcanized product, or comprising a vulcanized product of an olefin elastomer composition and a decorative layer provided on a surface of the vulcanized product, said olefin elastomer composition comprising an unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) and an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (E). The unsaturated olefin copolymer (A) is obtained from (i) ethylene, (ii) an aromatic vinyl compound, (iii) a non-conjugated polyene, and optionally, (iv) an α-olefin of 3 to 20 carbon atoms. Since the vulcanized molded product having a surface layer has excellent adhesion properties between the molded product and the surface decorative layer and shows excellent mechanical strength, it can be widely used for automotive industrial parts and building materials. Also disclosed is a coated molded product of a thermoplastic resin composition, comprising a molded product of a thermoplastic resin composition and a coating film formed on the molded product, said thermoplastic resin composition comprising an ethylene/aromatic vinyl compound random copolymer and another thermoplastic resin. Further disclosed is a coated molded product of an elastomer composition, comprising a molded product of an elastomer composition and a coating film formed on the molded product, said elastomer composition comprising an ethylene/aromatic vinyl compound random copolymer and an elastomer. Since the coated molded products have excellent adhesion properties between the molded product and the coating film, they can be widely used for industrial materials and medical appliances which need to have coating films.

    An unsaturated copolymer of an α-olefin of 2 to 12 carbon atoms and a conjugated diene monomer represented by formula (I-a) in which R2 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group of 1 to 8 carbon atoms or an aryl group, the copolymer having the following properties: (a) in said copolymer, 1,2-addition units (including 3,4-addition units) derived from the conjugated diene monomer (I-a) form double bonds in the side chain of the copolymer, 1,4-addition units derived from the conjugated diene monomer (I-a) form double bonds in the main chain of the copolymer, and the quantity ratio of the double bonds of the side chain derived from the 1,2-addition units to the double bonds of the main chain derived from the 1,4-addition units (side chain double bonds derived from 1,2-addition units/main chain double bonds derived from 1,4-addition units) is in the range of 10/90 to 99/1. (b) five-membered rings are present in the main chain of said copolymer, and (c) the quantity ratio of the double bonds from all of the addition units to the five-membered rings (total of double bonds from all addition units/five-membered rings) is in the range of 20/80 to 90/10.
