Monoconjugated and multiply conjugated oligonucleotides were efficiently synthesized by starting from mono-thiohexyl- or tetra-thiohexyl-oligonucleotides and treatment with acrylamide derivatives (carbohydrates, ferrocene, biotin, fluorescent dyes, deoxycholic acid).
