A series of ten novel (2a–j) 4-arylidine 2-[4-methoxy phenyl] oxazol-5-one derivatives were synthesized and assayed in vivo to investigate their antidiabetic activities by streptozotocin-induced model in rat. These derivatives showed considerable biological efficacy when compared to rosiglitazone, a potent and well-known antidiabetic agent as a reference drug. All the compounds were effective, amongst them 2d shows more prominent activity at 50 mg/k.g.p.o. The experimental results are statistically significant at P < 0.01 level.
本研究合成了一系列十种新型 (2a-j) 4-芳基啶 2-[4-甲氧基苯基] 恶唑-5-酮衍生物,并通过链脲佐菌素诱导的大鼠模型对其进行了体内抗糖尿病活性检测。这些衍生物与作为参考药物的著名强效抗糖尿病药罗格列酮相比,显示出相当高的生物有效性。实验结果在 P < 0.01 水平上具有统计学意义。
