制备方法与用途

化学性质
本品为微黄色粘稠液体，能溶于水，并表现出优异的洗涤、匀染、湿润、乳化和柔软性能。

用途
在毛纺和丝纺工业中，可用作精炼剂、洗涤剂及匀染剂。在香波配制中，则可作为发泡剂和清洗剂。此外，在纺织印染行业中，广泛用于染、漂、炼、洗等工序的净洗、去污、匀染、乳化等功能。

适用范围
该产品适用于毛、棉、麻、丝绸等织物的煮练、洗涤及染色过程。作为优异的除垢剂和润湿剂，它在印染工业中用于动物纤维的染色与清洗，并能改善织物的手感和光泽。使用剂量方面，原毛、绒线用量为1～2g/L；毛织品前处理用量0.5～1.0g/L。

此外，本产品还可作为羊毛匀染剂及蚕丝织物染色渗透剂，适用于印染工业中毛纤维的染前及洗涤过程。用量为1～2 g/L，在30～40 ℃下处理20 分钟时效果更佳。也可用作阳离子染料的渗透剂和蚕丝织物染色的匀染剂。

生产方法
将预先配好的6% NaCl水溶液加入反应釜中，搅拌后逐渐加入73.4%的甲基牛磺酸钠水溶液。升温至约40℃，调节pH值至9～10，随后加入椰油脂肪酰氯并持续搅拌10小时，即可得到所需产品。
