摘要:
A nickel-catalyzed diastereoselective three-component coupling of optically active oxazolidinone-derived ynamides, aldehydes, and silane is described. The reaction proceeded via stereoselective formation of oxanickelacycle to give gamma-siloxyenamide derivatives in a highly diastereoselective manner.
