  本发明公开了一种甲硫酯类衍生物及其制备方法和应用。所述制备方法包括：(1)向耐压反应瓶中加入羧酸、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和氟化钾(KF)，油浴加热180℃反应6h；(2)待反应结束后，使用乙酸乙酯萃取反应结束后得到的物质3次，有机层依次使用水洗涤2次，洗涤后的有机层用无水硫酸钠干燥，过滤，得滤液；(3)减压浓缩所得滤液，浓缩后的残余物再使用硅胶柱层析分离纯化，得到甲硫酯类衍生物。该制备方法直接使用KF催化羧酸和DMSO反应，不需要使用到复杂的底物、贵金属催化剂以及磷配体，具有操作简单、绿色、成本低、产率高(最高达92％)的优点。
