  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种硫脲基羧酸或其衍生物氨解制备巯基羧酸或其衍生物的方法。主要本发明的主要内容包含以下步骤：1、硫脲基羧酸或其衍生物溶于氨水或氨水和助溶剂的混合液中，体系升温到40‑150℃，长时间反应，至硫脲基盐反应完毕。2、反应体系降温，用酸中和，用溶剂萃取体系脱除溶剂，分离得到巯基羧酸或其衍生物。3、剩余的水相或有机相，浓缩过滤，蒸出的水相或有机相回收使用，固体铵盐混合物可以做为氮肥。本发明解决了现有技术采用NaOH等金属离子碱水解硫脲基羧酸及其衍生物氨解制备巯基羧酸及其衍生物，污染物复杂不好处理，污染环境的缺点。本发明具有工艺简单，成本低，不污染环境等优点，基本可以做到三废零排放。
