    通过使用容易获得的 ClCF 2 COONa 作为羰基源,通过二氟卡宾转移和水解,开发了一种无配体 Pd 催化的 C–H 活化/[5 + 1] 环化羰基化方法。目前的方案使我们能够获得一系列羰基化环化产物苯并吡喃酮和菲啶酮衍生物,收率高达91%,并且具有优异的官能团相容性。该方案反应条件温和,底物适用范围广,操作简单安全,为复杂内酰胺和内酯类化合物的合成提供了新的方法。

    Provided herein is a method of forming paint films using a three-coat one-bake system comprising applying a white base coat comprising titanium oxide to a polyolefin substrate comprising a primer, applying a light colored mica base coat to the white base coat wet-on-wet and then applying a clear coat to the mica base coat wet-on-wet, and then heating and hardening the polyolefin substrate comprising the while base coat, the mica base coat, and the clear, wherein the primer, white base coat and mica base coat each comprise from 0.2 to 5.0 parts by weight of a biphenylphosphate compound which can be represented by formula (1) per 100 parts by weight of resin solid fraction. Also provided herein are articles manufactured according to this method of forming paint films.

    Polyphenylene ether (PPE) compositions with good fire and flame retardant characteristics utilize lower levels of organophosphate fire-retardant, and therefore do not suffer from the drawbacks of previously known fire- and flame-retardant PPE compositions. The compositions include (a) a polymer component containing a polyphenylene ether; (b) glass or carbon reinforcing fibers in an amount sufficient to increase the modulus and strength of the polymer component; (c) a fire retardant component which is preferably an organophosphate fire retardant; (d) a mineral component in an amount effective to enhance the flame-retardant characteristics of the composition. Other conventional additives utilized in formulation of PPE may be included. The composition is made by mixing the ingredients and compounding into a composition which is suitable for injection molding. This composition can be used in the manufacture of injection molded articles such as electronic components, including television internals such as deflection yokes; printer chassis and plastic pallets.

    [EN] To provide white base coating material compositions which can form light-colored coated films on polyolefin substrates, whereby fresh colors are maintained, without yellowing with the passage of time, due to sunlight (or heat). [The Means of Solution] A white base coating material containing titanium dioxide, which is the white base coating material in a process wherein it is applied onto a film of a conductive primer which has been coated onto a polyolefin substrate and dried; a light­colored mica base coating material is applied onto the white base coating material by a wet on wet technique; and a clear coating material is applied onto this mica base coating material, after which a coated film is formed by thermal hardening by a three-coat one-bake procedure; the white base coating material compositions contain 0.2 to 5.0 parts by mass of a biphenyl phosphate compound represented by formula (1) per 100 parts by mass of a resin solid fraction; a process for the formation of coated films using these white base coating material compositions; and coated products therefrom.

    This invention relates to transition metal complexes of a dianionic, tridentate ligand that features a central neutral heterocyclic Lewis base and two phenolate donors, where the tridentate ligand coordinates to the metal center to form two eight-membered rings. Preferbaly the bis(phenolate) complexes are represented by Formula (I): where M, L, X, m, n, E, E',Q, R1, R2, R3, R4, R1', R2', R3', R4', A1, A1', A3— A2, and A2'— A3 are as defined herein, where A1QA1' are part of a heterocyclic Lewis base containing 4 to 40 non-hydrogen atoms that links A2 to A2' via a 3-atom bridge with Q being the central atom of the 3-atom bridge.
