  O-乙基硫代碳酸钾（I）或 O-乙基二硫代碳酸钾（IV）与三氯化磷反应后，分别合成了三（乙氧基羰基）亚磷酸三酯（IIa）或三（乙氧基硫代羰基）亚磷酸三酯（V）。用氯甲酸乙酯处理 IIa 或 V，可得到相同的产物--乙氧羰基亚磷酸二乙酯（IIIa），同时还可从 IIa 中得到硫化羰基和氯乙烷，从 V 中得到二硫化碳和氯乙烷，而且产率很高。当三（烷氧基羰基）亚磷酸三酯（II）和硫胺素钠盐（VII）一起反应时，生成 O，S-双（烷氧基羰基）硫胺素（IX）。另一方面，亚磷酸二烷基乙氧羰基酯与硫胺钠盐（VII）反应也会生成 O，S-双（乙氧羰基）硫胺（IXa），但在这种情况下，S-烷基硫胺是主要产物。
