A thiophene derivative represented by the following general formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof
(each symbol in the above formula means as follows,
R1:formula -A1-X1-R3,
R2:formula -A2-X2-R4 or does not exist,
B ring:1) 4- to 10-membered nitrogen-containing cycloalkyl ring,
or 2) 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing unsaturated heterocycle,
Ar ring:an aryl ring which may have a substituent, or a 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocycle or an 8- to 10-membered aromatic bicyclic heterocycle, which contains 1 to 4 of one or more types of hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom,
A1, A2 and A3:the same or different from one another, and each represents a bond or a lower alkylene group,
X1 and X2:the same or different from each other, and each represents a bond or a formula -O-, -S-, -NR5-,
R5, R6, R7, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12 and R13:the same or different from one another, and each represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, and
R3 and R4:the same or different from each other, and each represents a hydrogen atom, a cyclic imido group which may have a substituent and may be condensed with a benzene ring, or a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group, which may respectively have a substituent,
with the proviso that, when Ar ring is thiazole ring, either one of A1 and A2 is a lower alkylene group, and when Ar ring is a benzene ring, a case in which R1 and R2 is methyl group or a halogen group and the other is a hydrogen atom is excluded).

或 2) 5 或 6 元含氮不饱和杂环、
Ar 环:芳基环,可带有取代基,或 5 或 6 元芳香杂环,或 8 至 10 元芳香双环杂环,其中含有 1 至 4 个从氮原子、氧原子和硫原子组成的组中选出的一种或多种杂原子、
A1、A2 和 A3:彼此相同或不同,各自代表一个键或一个低级亚烷基、
X1和X2:彼此相同或不同,各自代表键或式-O-、-S-、-NR5-、
R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、R10、R11、R12 和 R13:彼此相同或不同,各自代表氢原子或低级烷基,以及
R3 和 R4:相同或互不相同,各自代表氢原子、环状亚氨基(可带有取代基并可与苯环缩合)或低级烷基、环烷基、芳基或芳烷基(可分别带有取代基)、
但 Ar 环为噻唑环时,A1 和 A2 中的一个为低级亚烷基;Ar 环为苯环时,不包括 R1 和 R2 中的一个为甲基或卤素基,另一个为氢原子的情况)。
