A modified block copolymer according to the present invention is a modified block copolymer comprising a polymer block comprising a vinyl aromatic compound as a main constituent (A), a polymer block comprising a conjugate diene compound as a main constituent (B), and an atomic group having NHx (x = 0 to 2) (C).
