본 발명은 새로운 구조의 포스포릴 유도체 및 이를 이용한 유기 전기 소자에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 화합물은 옥사졸(oxazole), 싸이아졸(thiazole) 또는 피라졸(pyrazole) 구조를 포함하므로 상기 구조가 전자 또는 정공의 트랩(trap) 역할을 하여 발광 효율을 증가시키고, 탄소-인 결합은 아릴 그룹과 전자끄는 그룹(electron withdrawing group, EWG) 사이의 커뮤니케이션을 효과적으로 차단하여 P=O 가 효과적으로 에너지를 전달할 수 있게 하며, 본 발명의 화합물은 유기 전기 소자에 서 발광 물질로서 사용될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 전공주입,전공수송, 전자주입, 전자수송,및 페시베이션(캡핑) 물질로서 사용될 수 있는 등 다양한 역할이 가능하다.

4-Bromo and 3-bromobenzoic acids along with 4-iodobenzoic acid underwent P-C coupling reactions with diarylphosphine oxides in the absence of any catalyst in water as the solvent under microwave irradiation. The phosphinoylbenzoic acids obtained were converted into the corresponding ethyl esters in yields of 59-82%. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
