    Rapid senescence induced by overexpression of p53 in NIH3T3 cells
    摘要:
    An NIH3T3 cell line which overexpresses temperature-sensitive p53Val135 was constructed by introduction of p53Val135 gene, It exhibited rapidly characteristic morphological and biochemical alterations related to replicative senescence when being cultured in 32 degreesC. We suggested that the overexpression of p53 activated probably the onset of senescence in NIH3T3 cells, which induced a rapid cellular senescence.

    A polyimide (PI) having two —COOH capping groups at each end is provided. A coating composition is further provided, which contains the PI and a hardening agent having 2 to 6 functional groups capable of reacting with —COOH. A PI coating layer and PI film formed by the coating composition of the present invention possess excellent chemical resistance and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), which makes them applicable in fabrication of protective materials for active/passive devices, optical materials, touch panels, copper foil substrates, soft flexible electronic materials or integrated circuit elements, or film substrate for glass film touch panels.

    A photosensitive polyimide resin composition is provided. The resin composition comprises an infrared absorber, an epoxy, a photosensitive polyimide and a photo initiator. The infrared absorber includes pigment and has an amount of weight accounting for 5-40% of total solid weight of the photosensitive polyimide resin composition. The epoxy has an amount of weight accounting for 5-40% of total solid weight of the photosensitive polyimide resin composition. The photosensitive polyimide has the structure of formula (1): wherein m, n are independently 1 to 600; X is a tetravalent organic group, and the main chain of X includes alicyclic structure; Y is a divalent organic group, and the main chain of Y includes siloxane structure; Z is a divalent organic group, and the side chain of Z includes phenolic hydroxyl group or carboxyl group. The photosensitive polyimide has an amount of weight accounting for 30-90% of total solid weight of the photosensitive polyimide resin composition. The photo initiator has an amount of weight accounting for 0.1-15% of total solid weight of the transparent photosensitive resin.
