hydroxylamine hydrochloride, thiourea, thiosemicarbazide, or guanidine hydrochloride afforded the corresponding spirothiopyran derivatives of pyrazole, isoxazole, 1,3-thiazine or pyrimidine, respectively, while treatment with acetylacetone gave the corresponding spirothiopyran derivatives of pyran.
2,6-二苯基和 2-苯基-6-p-tolyl-4-thiopyrylidenemalomonitriles 已由 2,6-diphenyl 和 2-phenyl-6-p-tolyl-4H 缩合合成为 f, g-不饱和腈-thiopyran-4-thiones 与丙二腈。用水合肼、盐酸羟胺、硫脲、氨基硫脲或盐酸胍处理 4-硫代吡喃基丙二腈分别得到相应的吡唑、异恶唑、1,3-噻嗪或嘧啶的螺噻喃衍生物,而用乙酰丙酮处理得到相应的螺硫吡喃衍生物.
