  摘要：

  2,6-Diphenyl-4H-chalcogenopyran-4-ones and 2,6-diphenyl-4H-chalcogenopyran-4-thione a new series of catalysts for the Baylis-Hillman reaction, were investigated. The reactions proceeded smoothly in the presence of 1 mol eq. of TiCl4 under atmospheric pressure at 0 degrees C, giving adducts in moderate to high yields. Chalcogenopyranones and chalcogenopyranthiones were a more efficient kind of catalyst than Me2S. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.

  hydroxylamine hydrochloride, thiourea, thiosemicarbazide, or guanidine hydrochloride afforded the corresponding spirothiopyran derivatives of pyrazole, isoxazole, 1,3-thiazine or pyrimidine, respectively, while treatment with acetylacetone gave the corresponding spirothiopyran derivatives of pyran.

  2,6-二苯基和 2-苯基-6-p-tolyl-4-thiopyrylidenemalomonitriles 已由 2,6-diphenyl 和 2-phenyl-6-p-tolyl-4H 缩合合成为 f, g-不饱和腈-thiopyran-4-thiones 与丙二腈。用水合肼、盐酸羟胺、硫脲、氨基硫脲或盐酸胍处理 4-硫代吡喃基丙二腈分别得到相应的吡唑、异恶唑、1,3-噻嗪或嘧啶的螺噻喃衍生物，而用乙酰丙酮处理得到相应的螺硫吡喃衍生物.
