Aus der Rinde von Xylopia dicsreta (L. FIL.) SPRAGUEet HUTCHINS. sind folgende 5 kristallisierte Alkaloide isoliert worden: Xylopin (= O-Methylanolobin), Xylopinin(= (–)-Norcoralydin), Discretin (= Monodesmethyl-(–)-Norcoralydin), Discretinin (= Monodesmethyl- (–) -tetrahydro-palmatin) und Discretamin (= Bisdesmethyl-(–)-tetrahydro-palmatin).
从Xylopia dicsreta(L. FIL。)的树皮中,SPRAGUE et HUTCHINS。已分离出以下5种结晶生物碱:木果碱(= O-甲基anolobine),木草碱(=(-)-去甲肾上腺素),离散蛋白(=单去甲基-(-)-去甲肾上腺素),离散蛋白(=单去甲基-(-)-四氢- Palmatine)和Discretamine(= bisdesmethyl-(-)-tetrahydro-palmatine)。

Isolaureline, dicentrine and glaucine enantiomers were synthesized, and their in vitro functional activities at human 5‐HT2 and adrenergic α1 receptor subtypes were evaluated. The enantiomers of isolaureline and dicentrine acted as antagonists at 5‐HT2 and α1 receptors with (R)‐isolaureline showing the greatest potency (pKb = 8.14 at the 5‐HT2C receptor). Both (R)‐ and (S)‐glaucine also antagonized α1 receptors
