2-(1-Adamantyl)-1H-benzimidazole has been synthesized, its nitration and reduction of the nitro derivative have been carried out. By condensation of the obtained 2-(1-adamantyl)-1H-benzimidazol-5(6)-amine with aromatic aldehydes and acyl chlorides, the corresponding novel Schiff bases and amides have been accessed.
已经合成了2-(1-金刚烷基)-1 H-苯并咪唑,已经进行了硝化和硝基衍生物的还原。通过将获得的2-(1-金刚烷基)-1 H-苯并咪唑-5(6)-胺与芳族醛和酰氯缩合,可以得到相应的新型席夫碱和酰胺。
