Some representatives of a new class of fluorosilicon organic compounds containing a silicon atom a with a high coordination number, potassium and ammonium (aroyloxymethyl)tetrafluoro- and pentafluorosilicates with a general formula Mn−3[ArCOOH2SiFn], where M = K+, NH+4; n = 4,5 have been prepared for the first time.
