  A new X-shaped solution-processible oligomer with a glass transition temperature of higher than 200 degrees C based on an anthracene derivative was prepared, and it showed good hole-transporting ability in organic light-emitting diodes (OLED).   新型的含有咔唑和/或二苯胺基团的双极性双芴化合物是使用钯催化剂通过CC和CN偶联合成的。化合物的电离势反映了取代基的吸电子或供电子性质。从飞行时间瞬态光电流测量中评估了这些化合物的电荷传输性质。观察到基于空穴和电子的大瞬态电流（10 -4 –10 -3  cm 2 / Vs）。包含这些化合物的带有MoO 3和n的p型掺杂的空穴或纯电子器件Cs-型显示出欧姆电流密度-电压特性。具有同质结结构的有机发光器件，其中包含双芴化合物（ITO /双芴：MoO 3（50 mol％，20 nm）/双芴（10 nm）/双芴：橡胶（60 nm）/双芴（10 nm）/双芴：Cs（30 wt。％，20 nm）/ Al）的外部量子效率为1.5–2.0％。
