Abstract Ethyl 2-[(4-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyrimidin-2-yl)sulfanyl]acetate reacted with aliphaticamines to give the corresponding acetamides, whereas its reactions with hydrazine hydrate and aniline afforded 2-hydrazinyl- and 2-anilino-6-methylpyrimidin-4(3H)-ones, respectively.
摘要 2-[(4-甲基-6-氧代-1,6-二氢嘧啶-2-基)硫烷基]乙酸乙酯与脂肪胺反应得到相应的乙酰胺,而与水合肼和苯胺反应得到2-肼基-和分别为2-苯胺基-6-甲基嘧啶-4(3 H )-酮。
