[Object]
An organic electroluminescent device having low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency, and a long lifetime is provided by combining various materials for an organic electroluminescent device, which are excellent, as materials for an organic electroluminescent device having high luminous efficiency and high durability, in hole and electron injection/transport performances, electron blocking ability, stability in a thin-film state and durability, so as to allow the respective materials to effectively reveal their characteristics.
[Means of Realizing the Object]
In the organic electroluminescent device having at least an anode, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode in this order, the hole injection layer includes an arylamine compound of the following general formula (1) and an electron acceptor.
In the formula, Ar1 to Ar4 may be the same or different, and represent a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group, a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group, or a substituted or unsubstituted condensed polycyclic aromatic group.
目的
通过将作为高发光效率和高耐用性有机电致发光器件材料的各种有机电致发光器件材料在空穴和电子注入/传输性能、电子阻断能力、薄膜状态稳定性和耐用性方面具有优异性能的材料组合在一起,提供一种具有低驱动电压、高发光效率和长使用寿命的有机电致发光器件,从而使各种材料有效地展现其特性。
[实现目标的方法]
在依次具有阳极、空穴注入层、空穴传输层、发光层、电子传输层和阴极的有机电致发光器件中,空穴注入层包括以下通式(1)的芳胺化合物和电子受体。
式中,Ar1 至 Ar4 可以相同或不同,代表取代或未取代的芳香烃基团、取代或未取代的芳香杂环基团或取代或未取代的缩合多环芳香基团。
