A method for producing a fluorine-containing substituted compound, the method including: introducing an organofluorine compound and an organolithium compound into a microreactor provided with a flow path capable of mixing a plurality of liquids, to thereby obtain a reaction product; and introducing, into the microreactor, the reaction product and an electrophile exhibiting electrophilic effect on the reaction product, to thereby obtain a fluorine-containing substituted compound.

Novel versatile electrocatalytic route for obtaining fluoroalkylated phosphines and phosphine oxides from white phosphorous or diphenylchlorophosphine is discussed. This process occurs under electrochemicalgeneration of nickel complexes in low oxidation state during undivided electrolysis of organofluorine iodides and phosphorous-containing substrate in mild conditions without supporting electrolyte
‘F'lurry of activity: The title reaction provides a convenient procedure for direct synthesis of perfluoroalkylated phosphines. The synthesized phosphine n‐C10F21PPh2 forms a complex with palladium(II) to give 1 and several runs of coupling reactions are attained with n‐C10F21PPh2 by using a fluorous/organic biphasic system.
