capping agents for new diphenylanthracene (DPA), pyrene, and anthracene derivatives impart steric hindrance which prevents interchromophore interactions, giving these molecules high photoluminescence quantum yields. Fluorene‐based DPA (1) is characterized by a highly efficient and stable blue electrogeneratedchemiluminescence (ECL).
