Oxetane nudges in the DoM direction! Regioselective ortho‐lithiation induced by an oxetane ring has been achieved. The reaction provides easy access to ortho‐functionalized 2‐aryloxetanes also through a lithiation/borylation Suzuki–Miyaura cross‐coupling.
