The invention relates to novel uracil derivatives having excellent inhibiting effects of human derived thymidine phosphorylase and anti-tumor activity. The pharmaceutical compositions, anti-tumor potentiators, antitumor agents containing such novel compounds, and a process for their preparation and use is described.
