The recently identified pseudoephedrine and ephedrine dehydrogenases (PseDH and EDH, respectively) from Arthrobacter sp. TS-15 are NADH-dependent members of the oxidoreductase superfamily of short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDRs).
