  一种阿司咪唑药物中间体N-(4-氟苯甲基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺的合成方法，包括如下步骤：在安装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应容器中，加入氯化亚锡0.21mol,硝基甲烷230ml,N-氨基甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺0.51mol,控制搅拌速度130—170rpm,升高溶液温度至60--65℃，保持回流3—4h，加入氟苯0.71—0.73mol,加完后升温至70--75℃，反应19—21h,降低溶液温度至10--15℃，加入230ml氯化钾溶液，90ml草酸溶液，保持搅拌速度140—160rpm,维持90—120min,析出固体，抽滤，盐溶液洗涤，脱水剂脱水，环己烷洗涤，在乙腈中重结晶，得白色晶体N-(4-氟苯甲基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺。
