    Abstract A series of ten bis(dithiolato)oxotechnetate(V) complexes has been prepared using ligand exchange reaction. Starting from Tc(V) gluconate in aqueous or aqueous/ethanolic solution, complexes with saturated, olefinic and aromatic dithioles have been obtained. Mass, infrared, n.m.r., and UV-visible data of the resulting compounds are reported.

    5-Amino-1,2,4-triazole derivatives and their bicyclic system were synthesized in moderate to good yields from the corresponding a-aminoesters, hydrazine or methylhydrazine and the starting material dimethyl N-cyanodithioiminocarbonate. Many target compounds were obtained. But, in cases when the bicyclic system is not formed, 5-amino-1,2,4-triazoles are usually formed. Structures of the prepared compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data and their antifungal and antibacterial activities were also evaluated.

    novel purine thioglycoside analogues from readily available starting materials has been described. The key step of this protocol is the formation of sodium pyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazine-4-thiolates via condensation of 5-amino-1H-pyrazoles with sodium cyanocarbonimidodithioate salt under microwave irradiation, followed by coupling with halo sugars to give the corresponding purine thioglycoside analogues
