    Inhibition of human erythrocyte membrane phosphatidylinositol 4-kinase by phospholipid analogues

    Analogues of phosphatidylinositol (Ptdlns, 1) have been synthesized to investigate the structural requirements for inhibition of a Ptdlns 4-kinase obtained from human erythrocyte membranes. While the presence of either D-1 or D-3 Stereochemistry in the inositol moiety greatly influences the degree of inhibition produced by Ptdlns analogues, the stereochemistry of the glycerol moiety is of little consequence. Neither structural feature, however, makes a significant contribution to binding affinity. Competitive inhibitory activity was found to be retained (or even enhanced) in substantially simpler analogues consisting of 1 or 2 hydrocarbon chains attached to a charged phosphate head group, such as in the phosphatidic acids, 24 and 26. The observation that the phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (Ptdlns 4P) and phosphatidic acid analogues (eg, 16 or 17, and 26 respectively) inhibit Ptdlns 4-kinase may suggest that such species have a regulatory role in Ptdlns turnover.

    The present invention discloses a polyamide resin and its application and polyamide composition thereof. The repeating units of the described polyamide resin comprises the following components: dicarboxylic acid units composed 80-100mol% of polyamide resin; aliphatic diamines units having 2-14 carbon atoms composed 80-100mol% of polyamide resin; lactam or amino acid units having 6-14 carbon atoms composed 0-20mol% of polyamide resin; in the described polyamide resin, the bio-based carbon concentration is more than 45%; the described bio-based carbon mole concentration is calculated according to the formula below: bio-based carbon concentration=(bio-based carbon mole content/total organic carbon mole content)*100%. The described polyamide resin in the present invention has low gas volatile, hence the polyamide composition produced thereof has low gas volatile too, and can be applied to food-contact field. In addition, the surface condition after reflow soldering of the polyamide composition produced is good.

    Objects of the present invention are to provide a composition which can easily give cured products enriched with hydrophilic groups at the surface, and a composition which can give cured products while ensuring that the surface is enriched with hydrophilic groups which are hardly concentrated at the surface by conventional methods; to provide cured products obtained from such compositions; to provide a composition which is suited for producing cured products having high and long-lasting hydrophilicity and also having high surface smoothness; and to provide a cured product obtained from the composition. A monolayer film is fabricated which includes a crosslinked resin obtained by polymerizing a composition including a compound (I) having at least one hydrophilic group selected from anionic hydrophilic groups, cationic hydrophilic groups and hydroxyl groups, and at least one functional group with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond (wherein the number of the functional groups with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond is one when the hydrophilic group is a hydroxyl-containing group); a compound (II) having two or more functional groups with a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond (wherein the compound may have a hydroxyl group but is free from anionic hydrophilic groups and cationic hydrophilic groups); and at least one compound selected from a surfactant (III) having a hydrophilic moiety including an anionic hydrophilic group, a cationic hydrophilic group or two or more hydroxyl groups, and a hydrophobic moiety including an organic residue, and a compound (IV) having a siloxane bond and a molecular weight of 200 to 1,000,000 (wherein the surfactant (III) and the compound (IV) have no polymerizable carbon-carbon double bonds). The monolayer film has a gradient of hydrophilic group concentration (Sa/Da) of not less than 1.1 wherein Sa is the surface concentration of at least one type of hydrophilic groups selected from anionic hydrophilic groups, cationic hydrophilic groups and hydroxyl groups, and Da is the deep concentration of the hydrophilic groups at 1/2 of the thickness of the monolayer film.

The modified acrylic resin cured product (C) according to the present invention is obtained by treating the surface of a cured product (X) including an acrylic resin by using a compound (A) containing, in each molecule, one or more anionic hydrophilic groups forming an ion pair with an onium ion of an amino silicone, and one or more groups selected from the group consisting of a group containing a polymerizable carbon-carbon double bond, an amino group, a mercapto group and a hydroxy group.
