The thermolysis of N,Nâ²-diacetyl-L-cystine bismethylamide not only displays the known chemistry of protein-bound cystine, but also draws attention to the facile formation of trisulphides and, when conducted under alkaline conditions, allows the isolation of the simplest α,β-dehydropeptide.
N,Nâ²-二乙酰基-L-胱氨酸双乙酰胺的热解不仅展示了已知的蛋白质结合胱氨酸的化学性质,还使人们注意到三硫化物的容易形成,而且在碱性条件下进行热解时,可以分离出最简单的δ,δ²-脱氢肽。
