  Disclosed is a method for preparing a 2,5-disubstituted furan compound. The 2,5-disubstituted furan compound is prepared in a simple, convenient and highly efficient way by reacting 2,3-dicarboxylic anhydride-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene and/or furan with an acylating reagent and/or an alkylating reagent.
